As a person Mrs. Bane is always kind with her students and shares her experience and knowledge with anybody who is dedicated and hardworking. Sushma Madam is a symbol of love and is totally dedicated to the promoting of Indian culture and Indian Classical dance . She has selflessly lent her help to students and other Institutions to understand Bharata Natyam and develop it. I am very happy to state that the institution has achieved excellent growth both in quality and quantity. The growth has been outstanding.

She is a very respectble Senior Dance Examiner, a very responsible and effective Zonal Coordinator, a very important Member of the Syllabus Drafting Committee and helps us to plan various curriculum activities for Bharatiya Sangeet Samiti. It was my privilege as the Principal of Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya to conduct exams for your institution ‘ Om Shanti Nrityalaya Evam Sanshodhan Kendra ‘ on behalf of Nalanda Dance Research Centre .

It was a wonderful experience to see the students of Om Shanti Nrityalaya perform Bharata Natyam in a pure and pristine manner. They have been groomed exceptionally well in Bharata Natyam and its relevant theoretical knowledge. Right from the basics steps’ Adavus’ till intricate and difficult items like ‘Thillana’ and ‘ Varnam’ the students of the senior classes performed everything with ease and clarity.

It was observed that the training of all the students was done with utmost care and affection by you, the efficient teacher. In today’s times where there is invasion, of so many channels pouring out wrong temptations onto our younger generation, your work is commendable where you have tried to imprint about our arts and culture with a traditional dance style like Bharata Natyam, on their malleable minds.

I highly appreciate your effort taken for teaching Bharata Natyam, a beautiful classical dance style and maintaining the traditional pattern of coaching the students. The ‘Guru Shishya Parampara’ has been kept up in its right spirit by you.

To get a proper Guru is also God’s grace and I am sure that the students of ‘Om Shanti Nrityalaya’ are fortunate to learn under your tutelage.
